Data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database provider. We take reasonable technical measures to protect this data but cannot guarantee absolute security, as is the case with any online service.
We share the minimum necessary data with: our payment processor (PayMongo) to process bookings, our insurance partner (if you select the protection add-on) to issue coverage, and the specific storage Partner handling your booking (name and contact details only, to coordinate drop-off/pickup).
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We retain booking and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
This policy may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
